Vlog 12 How to Bake Low Fat Bran Muffins

How to Bake Low Fat Bran Muffins Ingredients: 4c All Natural Wheat Bran 3c Whole Wheat Flour 1c All Purpose Flour 3/4c Splenda Brown Sugar 1tbsp + 1tsp Baking Powder 1tsp Baking Soda 1tsp Cinnamon 1 litre 1% Buttermilk 300g Silhouette (or other fat free) Vanilla Yogurt ( I used vanilla and coconut) 200ml Naturegg Egg Whites 175ml Unsweetened Apple Sauce or Mashed Banana 2/3c Molasses 1/4c Canola Oil Instruction: 1. Mix dry ingredients together and make a well in the centre. 2. Mix wet ingredients together and pour into dry ingredients. 3. Mix gently until moistened, do not over mix. 4. Bake at 350degrees for 20-25 minutes Makes 36 Muffins Per muffin: 120 kcal, 2g Fat, 23g Carbohydrate, 4g Fiber, 4.5g Protein For other variations, you may add 3c of blueberries, chopped apples, chopped peaches, or raisins to this mix. For best results, eat fresh muffins within 48hours and freeze the rest to be pulled out as desired. Muffins can be frozen for up to 3 months.
