Since I started playing wow back in early BC I have been rollin a rogue and you know who my idol was for my rogue, none other then Mercader. But I saw this video in his favorites of a night elf warrior pvping and I said to myself this is going to be boring and stupid but after watching it I was hooked. From every day after that I have watched every single swifty video including his other channel. I know I’m not known in the wow community but I just want to give advice to fellow swifty fans and maybe to swifty himself. Quit blaming zybak its not all his fault seriously chill. And 2nd swifty if you are reading this never stop making videos even if their not about wow you inspire me to try new things and even to workout daily and eat healthy!! Swifty all I have to say is I look up to you not just as a wow player but as a person overall. PS the guild is called Blizzweneedswifty and were at 985/1000. Fasting?! i will be fasting for 3days

Let me know what u think! i will not be fasting for 5days but instead just three, only drinking water, i do not have expectations to loose weight, im not in it, for weight loss, im in it for cleansing my body and detoxifying it, this is not an unhealthy action, unless you have any health conditions, and i dont, i exercise regurlarly and for the most part eat healthy, so i am in good enough shape to fast, anyone fasting for over 3days should consult a phsycian.

Children’s Occupational Therapy is Catching Up

With two pregnancies and two pre-term deliveries, Holly Hanni knew she would have her hands full. “It was scary cause I knew the trials that we had with Ethan so it was definitely scary knowing we would have another preemie.” Both Ethan and Noah are healthy but both are developmentally delayed compared to other kids. In their case, occupational therapy may help them catch up. “Occupational therapists, in pediatric health, basically deal with children from birth to 18,” says Jennifer Feinstein occupational therapist with Lee Memorial Health System. The goal of occupational therapy is to teach children how to perform everyday tasks for themselves. “We work on self help skills, helping them to get dressed, to eat, to care for themselves at home, we also work on sensory processing skills, how they take in the environment,” says Feinstein. Getting a head start can help jump start a child’s abilities. Much of what they learn in occupational therapy today is meant to get them on track for school tomorrow, Pediatric occupational therapy simulates play. “Most of the time they don’t really realize they’re working on their goals,” says Feinstein. Putting children in complex settings helps them process motor skills, develop their thought process and rational thinking.
